I work directly for the Seller when I have the property listed. I will get you the highest price, quickest settlement possible and negotiate terms most favorable to you the seller. Your property will be marketed in real estate magazines, flyers, the internet, and other media's. There is no up front cost for listing your property. Commissions are due at settlement.

I work directly for the Buyer when you purchase a property that is not listed by me personally. There is no additional charge for me representing you when purchasing a currently listed property with a 3% commission to the selling agent. You will be furnished a list of previous sold properties to verify market value. A list of lenders, inspectors, title companies, contractors etc. will be furnished to you. I also recommend the best way to structure a offer in the Buyers favor.

I have a large group of Realtors, locally, national and internationally which I refer local Buyers to when relocating to another area. I can also arrange a meeting with an agent for the Seller of a property in an other area.

My main objective is to have happy Buyers and Sellers. I want the transaction I am involved in to be a happy occasions for all parties. That is what has allowed me to have the references from past clients and customers. I will be glad to furnish references upon request.
